Your training is presented by a qualified trainer and has been designed to be easy to understand.

How long is training?

Training is conducted over five sessions. They are:

5.1 Wine Appreciation

Do I need a certificate of Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA)?

Yes, this is a Federal Government requirement for any person who serves alcohol.

Some of our wine consultants will already have this certificate because they have recently been working in the food and wine industry. If you do not have this certificate Contact Us for further information.

Do I get support with my business?

Yes, you have a wonderful network of resources in your team, which meets monthly. Your Team Manager is experienced in running an Australian Wine Shop – Direct Sales business and will be able to assist and guide you. Head office also has friendly staff that is happy to help with any enquiry you may have.

Do I need to be an expert on wine?

No, your training will cover wine appreciation in a fun and informative way. You will want to do this homework. Trust us. Wine is always about what the taster likes, there is no right and no wrong just enjoyment.
